There are 150 known manganese ore, among which manganese oxide ore and manganese carbonate ore have great economic value. The main components of manganese oxide ore are MnO2, Mn2O3, Mn3O4, among which pyrolusite and hard manganese are the most prominent. The chemical composition of pyrolusite is MnO2, and the manganese content can reach 63.2%. Often contains a small amount of water, silica, iron oxide and pyrolusite. The hardness varies with the morphology and degree of crystallization, with obvious crystallization being 5-6, and the hardness of cryptocrystalline or massive aggregates is reduced to 1-2. The density is 4.7 ± 5.0 g/cm3. The chemical composition of hard manganese is hydrated manganese oxide, and its molecular formula is nMnO•1MnO2•mH2O. The manganese content is about 45-60%. Often contains iron, calcium, copper, silicon and other impurities. Hardness: 4-6; specific gravity: 4.71g/cm³. Manganese carbonate minerals are composed of MnCO3 and usually contain elements such as iron, calcium, and zinc.
Manganese ore products include metallurgical manganese ore, manganese carbonate ore powder (an important mineral raw material for manganese smelting), manganese dioxide ore powder for chemical industry, and manganese dioxide ore powder. In the chemical industry, manganese ore is mainly used for the production of manganese dioxide, manganese sulfate, potassium permanganate, followed by the production of manganese carbonate, manganese nitrate, and manganese chloride.

The bulk material is crushed by the crusher to the fineness that can enter the mill(15mm-50mm).
The crushed small pieces of material are sent to the storage hopper through the elevator,and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill evenly and quantitatively through the feeder for grinding.
Through classification, the coarse powder will return to main mill to grind again.
The powder that meets the fineness enters the dust collector through the pipeline with the air flow for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then is packaged uniformly.
