The HCQ series mill is a enhanced Raymond mill. HCM has upgraded the Raymond mill machine technology. It is an economical and applicable Raymond grinding mill. This product is suitable for grinding various non-flammable and explosive materials with Mohs hardness less than 7 and moisture within 6%, such as limestone, calcite, activated carbon, talc, dolomite, titanium dioxide, quartzite, bauxite, marble, feldspar, barite, fluorite, gypsum, ilmenite, phosphate rock, clay, graphite, clay, kaolin, diabase, coal gangue, wollastonite, lime quenched, zircon sand, bentonite, manganese ore, etc. The powder fineness can be adjusted between 38-180μm (80-400 mesh). This product is an upgraded product of the R-type mill.

Structure and Principle

HCQ Series Mill are mainly composed of main machine, feeder, classifier, fan, pipeline device, storage hopper, electrical control system, collecting system, etc.


The main motor of the HCQ Series Mill is mainly composed of a base, a center shaft frame, a grinding ring, a grinding roller assembly, a center shaft, a blade holder, a blade holder assembly and a cover. The grinding ring and grinding roller are made of wear-resistant materials, and their material-contacting surfaces are all subjected to wear-resistant treatment. The transmission system can adopt two modes: reduction drive and double drive. The classifier adopts turbo forced classifier, and the conveying and feeding system can be selected according to different materials. The collection system can be a closed loop collection system with double cyclone and pulse dust collector and an open loop system with full pulse collection. The control system can choose automatic control and remote control modes according to customer needs.


work process:

  1. The material is crushed by jaw crusher into a particle size that meets the specifications, and is lifted to the storage hopper by the bucket elevator.

  2. Then the feeder is quantitatively fed into the main machine cavity for grinding. The grinding roller device supported on the plum blossom frame in the main machine cavity rotates around the central axis, and the grinding roller swings horizontally outward under the action of centrifugal force, so that the grinding roller presses the grinding ring. , the grinding roller rotates around the grinding roller axis at the same time. The material raised by the rotating blade is thrown between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and the grinding and grinding effects are achieved by the rolling of the grinding roller.

  3. The ground powder is blown by the air flow of the blower to the classifier above the main machine for sieving. Those with excessive fineness still fall into the main machine for regrinding, and those with fineness that meet the specifications flow into the cyclone collector with the wind.

  4. After collection, the finished product is discharged through the powder discharge pipe (the particle size of the finished product can be as high as 0.008mm). The purified air flows into the blower through the pipe at the upper end of the cyclone separator. The air path is circular. Except for the positive pressure from the blower to the grinding chamber, the airflow inside the other pipes flows under negative pressure, and the indoor sanitary conditions are better.
