HC Series Vertical Pendulum Mill

The HC series vertical pendulum mill is an upgraded pendulum roller mill based on the Raymond mill. The technical indicators of this product have been greatly improved compared with the R-type mill. It is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving pendulum roller grinding mill product.  The fineness of the finished product can be arbitrarily adjusted between 22-180μm (80-600 mesh). Its capacity is approximately 2.5 to 4 times that of similar 5R equipment. Effectively increase the unit capacity of a single device and reduce power consumption.

The structure is advanced and reasonable, the vibration of the machine is very small, the noise is low, the mill operation is stable, and the performance is reliable.
The material processing capacity per unit of grinding time is higher. The production will increase more than 40% and the unit energy consumption cost will be saved more than 30%.
Equipped with a pulse dust collector, the dust removal efficiency reaches 99.9%, and the positive pressure parts of the mill are all sealed, which basically realizes a dust-free workshop.
A new sealing structure design is adopted, the grinding roller device can be filled with lubricant once in 300-500 hours. In addition, it is not necessary to remove the grinding roller device to replace the grinding ring, the maintenance is more convenient.

Structure and Principle

HC series vertical pendulum mill is mainly composed of main engine, feeder, classifier, blower, piping device, storage hopper, electric control system, collection system, etc.

Grinding rings and rollers are made of wear-resistant materials, and their material contact surfaces are all subjected to wear-resistant treatment. The power unit of the system can adopt two modes: step-down drive and double drive. The classifier adopts turbo forced classifier, and the conveying and feeding system can be selected according to different materials. The collection system can be a closed loop collection system with double cyclone and pulse dust collector and an open loop system with full pulse collection. The control system can choose automatic control and remote control modes according to customer needs.

work process:

  1. The material is crushed by jaw crusher into a particle size that meets the specifications, and is lifted to the storage hopper by the bucket elevator.

  2. Then the feeder is quantitatively fed into the main machine cavity for grinding. The grinding roller device supported on the plum blossom frame in the main machine cavity rotates around the central axis, and the grinding roller swings horizontally outward under the action of centrifugal force, so that the grinding roller presses the grinding ring. , the grinding roller rotates around the grinding roller axis at the same time. The material raised by the rotating blade is thrown between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and the grinding and grinding effects are achieved by the rolling of the grinding roller.

  3. The ground powder is blown by the air flow of the blower to the classifier above the main machine for sieving. Those with excessive fineness still fall into the main machine for regrinding, and those with fineness that meet the specifications flow into the cyclone collector with the wind.

  4. After collection, the finished product is discharged through the powder discharge pipe (the particle size of the finished product can be as high as 0.008mm). The purified air flows into the blower through the pipe at the upper end of the cyclone separator. The air path is circular. Except for the positive pressure from the blower to the grinding chamber, the airflow inside the other pipes flows under negative pressure, and the indoor sanitary conditions are better.
