The working principle of ultra-fine Raymond mill adopts closed-circuit air circulation system, which has low noise, low energy consumption and easy maintenance. The representative model is HCQ ultra-fine Raymond mill, which can process hundreds of ores with a fineness of 600 mesh.

1. Ore grinding:
The ore raw materials with suitable particle size are fed into the HCQ ultra-fine Raymond mill main machine through the feeding mechanism (vibration/belt/screw feeder or air lock feeder, etc.); the high-speed rotating grinding rollers are tightly rolled under the action of centrifugal force. Pressed on the grinding ring, the material is shoveled by the shovel blade and sent to the grinding area formed by the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The material is broken into powder under the action of the grinding pressure; Blow up and pass through the sorting machine, those that meet the requirements of fineness pass through the sorting machine, and those that do not meet the requirements are stopped by the sorting machine and return to the grinding chamber to continue grinding.
2. Collection of ore powder:
1. Closed-circuit system: The qualified fine powder sorted by the HCQ ultra-fine Raymond mill analyzer is blown into the cyclone collector through the pipeline, and the material and gas are separated by the action of the cyclone, and the collected material is sent to the bottom through the discharge valve. In the first process, the separated airflow enters the main engine through the action of the fan and participates in the next cycle; the excess airflow in the system passes through the pulse dust collector and is discharged into the atmosphere to ensure the stable operation of the system; the collection efficiency of the pulse dust collector reaches 99.99%, ensuring the discharge meet environmental standards.
2. Open circuit system: The qualified materials sorted by the HCQ ultrafine Raymond mill separator are blown into the pulse collector through the pipeline, and the material and gas are separated through the action of the filter bag. In the first process, the separated airflow enters the exhaust pipe and is discharged into the atmosphere through the action of the fan; the collection efficiency of the pulse dust collector reaches 99.99%, ensuring that the discharge meets the environmental protection standard.
3. Finished product processing:
The HCQ ultra-fine Raymond mill is equipped with a discharge valve under the cyclone/pulse collector, which can be directly bagged and packaged by a packaging machine, or directly loaded into a truck for transportation by a bulk machine, and can also be sent to a finished product warehouse for storage through a conveying mechanism.
