Stirring and reacting at 20-95 degrees for 1-3 hours to obtain cryolite slurry. After filtering, washing and drying, the cryolite product is obtained. Then it is processed by a cryolite mill to obtain finished cryolite powder.

1. Broken

2. Grinding

3. Stir

4. Flotation

The evenly stirred electrolytic slag is sent to the flotation machine through three steps of rough selection, primary selection and secondary selection.

5. Liquid-solid separation

The flotation material is pumped into the ceramic filter for liquid-solid separation, which is the "prototype" of artificial cryolite.

6. Drying

The separated solid material (cryolite) is sent to the three-pass dryer for further drying treatment, and the artificial cryolite is obtained. The cryolite product is pulverized again by a cryolite mill to obtain the finished product of cryolite powder as a cosolvent in the aluminum factory.
