Lithium extraction process from lepidolite calcined slag

1. Ingredients and pretreatment of lepidolite lithium slag: Using lepidolite waste slag as raw material, fully stir and premix lepidolite waste slag with sodium-potassium mixed salt and carbonate according to the proportion to form a lithium slag mixture.

2. Physical homogenization treatment. After the lithium slag mixture and water are fully mixed, they are placed together in a grinding device and fully ground and mixed to form a lithium slag mixed slurry.

3. Preparation of lithium slag spray material by spray drying: The lithium slag mixed slurry is transported from the mixing tank device to the spray drying tower device through pipelines, and is spray-dried to produce lithium slag spray material.

Add aqueous solution to the ball milling slurry, perform leaching treatment to obtain lithium sulfate salt leachate.

8. Solid-liquid separation to produce finished products.
